We check your plot's planning viability with the Council — PDM, footprint, restrictions. If you don't yet have a plot, we help identify areas worth investing in across the Algarve.
Within 48 hours we deliver a proposal with a fixed price and detailed schedule — including design, engineering services, factory panels, transport, assembly and finishing. No mid-project extras.
Once the contract is signed, our architects develop the architectural design and all engineering services (structural, thermal, acoustic, electrical, ITED, gas, water, fire safety) and we handle the licensing process with the Council.
Once the design is approved, 2 weeks of production on the automated WEINMANN line at our European partner factory. Multi-layer panels assembled, services embedded, packaged and numbered piece by piece.
While the factory produces the panels, we prepare the foundations on your plot. Panels arrive by truck, we assemble the walls within a few days and complete the finishes. Keys in hand, home ready to live in.
