These terms govern access to and use of the ecoimportwood.com website, including the presentation of house models, technical information, blog and quote request form.
All technical information (areas, materials, construction systems, indicative timelines and prices) is for information only. Every project is unique and depends on the plot, permitting, finish choices and specific contractual conditions. Final commercial proposals are presented in writing after a meeting and project analysis.
Submitting a quote request through the site does not constitute a contractual offer and creates no obligations for the parties. A contractual relationship only arises upon signing a construction or service contract.
We commit to responding to each request within 48 business hours.
All content on this website — text, images, plans, technical illustrations, code, the Ecoimport Wood brand and logo — is the property of [company name — to be filled in] or of its European technical partners (notably for the technical illustrations in the solutions album). Reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Ecoimport Wood is not liable for technical interruptions to the site or for the accuracy of third-party information it may reference (external links). We make every effort to keep information up to date and correct.
Construction services provided by Ecoimport Wood include a 10-year structural warranty on the delivered house, under the applicable legal terms for construction contracts (Arts. 1225 et seq. of the Portuguese Civil Code and consumer regime).
Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 74/2017 of 21 June, we have an electronic Complaints Book available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
Consumer clients may also, for alternative dispute resolution, turn to the competent consumer arbitration entity. List available at consumidor.gov.pt.
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution, the Faro court district is competent, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
These terms may be updated at any time. The current version is always the one published on this site, with the date shown at the top.
