2. Data we collect
We collect only data strictly necessary to respond to your requests, present quotes, and execute construction contracts. Depending on the interaction, we may collect:
- Identification and contact data: name, email, phone number, preferred language.
- Project-related data: plot location, desired layout, indicative budget, desired timeline, messages you send us.
- Browsing data: IP address, device type, browser, pages visited — via cookies (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Respond to quote requests and contact — legal basis: pre-contractual steps and/or data subject consent (Art. 6(1)(b) and (a) GDPR).
- Execute construction and service contracts — legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Comply with legal obligations (tax, permitting, warranty) — legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Occasional informational communications about new models or events — legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time.
4. Retention period
We keep your data only for as long as strictly necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, respecting applicable legal periods:
- Quote requests without subsequent contract: up to 24 months.
- Contract and invoicing data: 10 years (legal tax period).
- Structural warranty: 10 years after key handover.
5. Sharing with third parties
Your data is not sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes. It may be shared, only as strictly necessary, with:
- Technical partners involved in your project (architecture, engineering, partner European factory, transport, assembly).
- Web hosting, email and communication tool providers — under data processing agreements per Art. 28 GDPR.
- Public entities, when legally required (Tax Authority, City Hall, IMPIC).
6. International transfers
Some technical partners (notably partner European factories) process data as part of executing your project. These transfers occur only when necessary for contract execution, with adequate safeguards per Chapter V of the GDPR.

- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — when there's no legal retention obligation.
